How to get support for xbox controller?

I have a 3 month old xbox 360 controller that the dpad broke on I was wanting to know how to contact microsoft about it. I’ve been to the support.xbox site and the only items they have support for are consoles can someone help

its usually much simpler to just buy a new controller. If you dont want to spend too much, buy a wired controller.
